4th stage & great finals in Mayrhofen: 11th-12th of March, 2017
On March 11th and 12th 2017, the great Zillertal Välley Rälley hosted by Ride Snowboards final event will go down at the Vans Penken Park in Mayrhofen. All motivated shredders are more than welcome to sign up for the fourth stage of the popular Snowboard Amateur Series on www.valleyralley.at. The snowboard slopestyle finals will take place on Saturday. All day and tour winners will be crowned solemnly after the contest at the Grillhof Alm. The new Royal Family will be honored and celebrated with the FinÄL Crowning Party at Scotland Yard Pub Mayrhofen on Saturday night. Sunday will be all about an interactive tour finish with the Ästhetiker crew at the Vans Penken Park. Beside coachings and the popular Limbo Ride Contest, the very 1st Penken Fun RIDE Battle presented by Billabong will be the new highlight of the final day.
For the great Välley Rälley finals, the Vans Penken Park Mayrhofen comes up with a gigantic setup of eight different lines and the new Penken Fun Ride parcours. The very last Zillertal Välley Rälley hosted by Ride Snowboards tourstop will start with the Snowboard Slopestyle Contest on Saturday. 100 riders of all age groups and riding levels will battle it out on the advanced and easy line to grab for a spot on the day and overall Välley Rälley podiums. Billabong further sponsors an outerwear outfit for the best trick winner. On top of all this, participants with a valid World Snowboard Tour license will be collecting points for their rider account and the Välley Rälley counts as a part of the Austria Cups by the N.ASA.
Beside the tourstop winners, the overall tour winners will be crowned as the new royal Zillertal Välley Rälley family after the contest at Grillhof Alm. The best rookie boy and rookie girl will further receive a reduced-price wildcard for the World Rookie Finals 2017.
The new kings and queens will be celebrated with the FinÄL Crowning Party at Scotland Yard Pub Mayrhofen on Saturday night. DJ Saund and DJ Be Fantana will bring the right beats for a proper Ästhetiker party, as you know it.
Ride Snowboards will be offering snowboards and bindings for free demo/testing at the park on both days. On Sunday the Välley Rälley 2016/2017 will finish with a bang. Beside freebie freestyle Coachings, the Limbo RIDE fun contest will be a part of the program. Another Sunday delight will be the inaugural Penken Fun RIDE Battle presented by Billabong, that will go down on the brand-new Penken Fun Ride parcours. Mit dem vierten und letzten Tourstop feiert die Zillertal Välley Rälley hosted by Ride Snowboards ihr großes Finale am 11. und 12. März, 2017 im Vans Penken Park in Mayrhofen. Die Anmeldung für den letzten Event der beliebten Snowboard Amateur Serie ist auf www.valleyralley.at freigeschaltet. Am Samstag werden die Tages- und Toursieger nach dem großen Contest Finale feierlich auf der Grillhof Alm gekrönt. Die Königsfamilie wird anschließend bei der FinÄl Crowning Party im Scotland Yard Pub Mayrhofen gebührend gefeiert. Am Sonntag laden die Ästhetiker zu einem interaktiven Tourausklang in den Vans Penken Park. Neben Coachings und dem Limbo RIDE Contest, steht das 1. Penken Fun RIDE Battle presented by Billabong als neues Highlight auf dem Programm!
Zum großen Välley Rälley Finale wartet der Vans Penken Park Mayrhofen am 11. Und 12. März mit einem gigantischen Setup auf insgesamt acht verschiedenen Lines und dem neuen Penken Fun Ride Parcours auf. Der letzte Zillertal Välley Rälley hosted by Ride Snowboards Tourstop startet dieses Mal am Samstag mit dem finalen Snowboard Slopestyle Contest auf der Advanced und Easy Line. Insgesamt 100 Snowboarder sämtlicher Altersklassen und Könner-stufen werden dabei nicht nur den Tagessieg, sondern auch die Overall Välley Rälley Führung unter sich ausmachen. Billabong beschert den besten Trick des Tages mit einem Outerwear Outfit und alle Teilnehmer über 14 Jahren sammeln zusätzlich Punkte auf ihrem World Snowboard Tour Konto. Die Välley Rälley zählt auch als Teil der von der N.ASA (New Austrian Snowboard Association) organisierten Austria Cups.
Neben den Tagessiegern werden auch die neuen Välley Rälley Overall Gewinner feierlich auf der Grillhof Alm zur neuen Königsfamilie 2017 gekrönt. Der beste Rookie Boy und das beste Rookie Girl erhalten zusätzlich eine vergünstigte Wildcard für die World Rookie Finals 2017.
Am Samstag Abend feiern die neuen Kings und Queens des Zillertals ihre Erfolge bei der FinÄl Crowning Party im Scotland Yard Pub Mayrhofen. DJ Saund und DJ Be Fantana werden den Hofgästen standesgemäß und in gewohnter Ästhetiker Manier einheizen.
Ride Snowboards stellt an beiden Tagen die neuen Snowboards und Bindungen zum kostenlosen Test direkt am Park zur Verfügung. Am Sonntag findet die Välley Rälley ihren Ausklang mit dem Coaching- und Mitmachtag. Neben kostenlosen Snowboard Freestyle Coachings, steht auch der beliebte Limbo RIDE Fun Contest auf dem Programm. Als weiteres Highlight wird am Sonntag das 1. Penken Fun RIDE Battle presented by Billabong auf dem brandneuen Penken Fun Ride Parcours ausgetragen. 3rd stage at Zillertal Arena/Gerlos with bluebird and perfect conditions
Just in time for the 3rd stage of the Zillertal Välley Rälley hosted by Ride Snowboards, the Zillertal Arena/Gerlos showed off with bluebird, perfect snow conditions and a weekend full of sunshine and great vibes. In a relaxed atmosphere, the Coaching Day was all about testing the latest gear from Ride Snowboards, coaching sessions with the Ästhetiker and team coaches and the RIDE highest Ollie contest. Sunday was the big Contest Day. More than a hundred riders were not only battling it out for fame, glory and prize money, but also for the Välley Rälley crown! Snowboarders from all different nations threw down their best style tricks to grab for one of the popular Ästhetiker medals and rake in some prize money and valuable points in the overall ranking. Better conditions? Almost impossible! The third Zillertal Välley Rälley hosted by Ride Snowboards Europe tourstop went down with bluebird and sunshine at Snowpark Gerlos, Zillertal Arena on January 21st and 22nd, 2017. In a relaxed atmosphere, riders and teams from all over Europe joined the practice with the Äshtetiker on the Coaching Day. For the perfect ending of the day, snowboarders of all age groups took it with grace and style, jumping over the rising bar of the Ride highest Ollie contest. Not the top spot, but fun and creativity were the main topics on Saturday and everyone took home a great bunch of prizes from Ride Snowboards. The Contest Day was finally all about the crown! The penultimate tourstop brought up an indicatory change in the Overall Välley Rälley tour rankings. As for all tourstops, points in the World Snowboard Tour Ranking were up for grabs in Gerlos, and the contest counts as a part of the N.ASA Austria Cups.
After an exciting competition the well-deserved stage winners were celebrated amid the applause of the crowd. In the super groms category, Karolina Stroh from Germany and Lewis Hopkinson from GBR took the top spot of the podium. Previous year´s winner Evy Poppe from Belgium won the contest in the grom girls class and Baldur Vilhelmsson from Iceland took home the grom boys gold medal. Czech Adela Kreisingerova and Austrian high flyer Moritz Kaufmann both won the rookie competition. No one was able to beat the Belgians in the women´s or men´s contest and so the top spots went to Djoelie Ectors and Ben Theunissen. Their friend and countryman, Kevin Trammer, did not only earn the silver medal in the men´s category, but also scored the Billabong best Trick Award and a complete outerwear outfit with his stylish 360 in, 360 out on the first rail. As the youngest ripper of the day, 7-year old Matti Bockhorni got rewarded “Most impressive Grom of the Day” by the Äshtetiker.
Heike Schoof, from the Marketing department of Zillertal Arena is delighted about the positive outcome of the event: “Looking back at an amazing weekend with perfect weather and a well organized contest, we are delighted, to be the host of the Välley Rälley for the third time in a row. All participants were showing off and obviously having a lot of fun in the Zillertal Arena/Gerlos.”

Strahlender Sonnenschein beim 3. Tourstop in Gerlos - Zillertal Arena
Pünktlich zum 3. Tourstop zeigte sich die Zillertal Arena am 21. und 22. Januar 2017 von ihrer besten Seite. Die weite Anreise vieler Teilnehmer wurde zum 3. Zillertal Välley Rälley hosted by Ride Snowboards Tourstop in der Zillertal Arena/Gerlos mit perfekten Bedingungen und einem Wochenende voller Sonnenschein belohnt. In entspannter Atmosphäre standen am Coaching Tag neben dem kostenlosen Materialtest von Ride Snowboards, auch die Coaching Sessions mit den Ästhetikern und Team Coaches, sowie der Ride highest Ollie Contest auf dem Programm. Am Sonntag ging es dann beim Slopestyle Contest nicht nur um Ruhm, Ehre und Preisgeld, sondern diesmal besonders um den Style und die Välley Rälley Krone! Snowboarder sämtlicher Nationalitäten präsentierten ihre besten Tricks vor großem Publikum, um sich schließlich auch eine Medaille und Punkte im Gesamt Tour Ranking zu verdienen. Besser? Geht fast gar nicht! Der dritte Zillertal Välley Rälley hosted by Ride Snowboards Tourstop ging unter wolkenlosem Himmel über Gerlos und mit strahlendem Sonnenschein in der Zillertal Arena über die Bühne. Wie immer wurde am Coaching Tag tatkräftig im Snowpark trainiert und getestet, was das Zeug hält. Zum Abschluss des Tages übertrafen sich die Teilnehmer sämtlicher Altersklassen beim Ride highest Ollie Contest. Dabei stand nicht der Sieg, sondern die Kreativität und der Spass an einer gemeinsamen Session im Vordergrund stand. Schließlich gingen alle glücklich und zufrieden mit jeder Menge Sachpreisen von Ride Snowboards nach Hause. Am Contest Tag ging es dann um die Krone! Denn der vorletzte Tourstop brachte eine richtungsweisende Neuverteilung im Välley Rälley Gesamt Tour Ranking und wertvolle Punkte im World Snowboard Tour Ranking und für die N.ASA AustriaCups mit sich.
Die Tagessieger wurden in gewohnter Manier gefeiert und geehrt. Bei den Kleinsten standen Karolina Stroh aus Deutschland und Lewis Hopkinson vom Team UK ganz oben auf dem Super Grom Treppchen. Vorjahres-Välley-Rälley-Prinzessin Evy Poppe aus Belgien gewann den Contest der Grom Girls, während Baldur Vilhelmsson aus Island bei den Grom Boys die Goldmedaille absahnte. Adela Kreisingerova aus Tschechien und Moritz Kaufmann aus Österreich heißen die Sieger der Rookie Klasse. Weder bei den Frauen, noch bei den Männern kam jemand an den Belgiern vorbei: sowohl Djoelie Ectors, als auch Ben Theunissen schafften es jeweils auf dem ersten Platz. Ihr Landsmann Kevin Trammer holte sich nicht nur die Silbermedaille bei den Männern. Mit seinem stylischen 360 in, 360 out auf dem ersten Rail beeindruckte er die Judges und räumte zusätzlich den Billabong Best Trick Award und ein komplettes Outerwear Outfit ab. Als jüngster Teilnehmer wurde schließlich der 7-jährige Matti Bockhorni von den Ästhetikern mit dem “Most impressive Grom” Award ausgezeichnet.

2nd tourstop at Hochzillertal Kaltenbach with record numbers

What a season kick-off at Betterpark Hochzillertal! More than one hundred riders gathered in the Zillertal on December 17th and 18th to herald the start of the snowpark season with the second Zillertal Välley Rälley hosted by Ride Snowboards tourstop in the first holiday region of the Zillertal. Beside freebie freestyle coachings, also avalanche safety workshops were on top of the agenda for the popular snowboard amateur series. In the freestyle competition, snowboarders from all over Europe were pushing the limits far beyond amateur levels. With the second Zillertal Välley Rälley hosted by Ride Snowboards stage, the Ästhetiker traditionally celebrated the reopening of the Betterpark Hochzillertal just on the last weekend before Christmas with a bang.
Teams and amateurs from all over Europe met up at the Betterpark on Saturday, 17th of December to call in a beautiful bluebird Coaching and Training Day on the perfectly shaped setup at Hochzillertal Kaltenbach. Beside freestyle coaching sessions with the Ästhetiker, new Välley Rälley partner Billabong brought up free avalanche safety workshops with Wolle Nyvelt and certified mountain guide Manfred Brandacher. At the Limbo RIDE fun session the best performances “under the bar” were rewarded with loads of prizes from Ride Snowboards. The startlist for Sunday´s competition counted a Välley Rälley record number of one hundred riders. With the second of four results, the Välley Rälley overall rankings take a different shape and all competitors collect points in the World Snowboard Tour Ranking and N.ASA Austriacups, as well. In the contest, riders were pushing the limits once again and delivered a great show of progressive snowboarding. The podium winners were finally crowned at the infamous Kristallhuette Zillertal. All medalists took home prize money and prizes from Ride Snowboards, Billabong, Black Eye, Dana Beanies and Greenroom Mayrhofen.
In the super groms categories, Heli Bockhorni from Germany and Lewis Hopkinson from team GBR won the gold medals. With Annika Morgan and Gabe Adams, another German girl and British boy made it to the top of the groms podiums. Masha Maslo from Belarus was happy to take victory in the rookie girls class while German high-flyer Leon Guetl dominated the all-German rookie boys podium. Melina Merkhoffer, also from Germany, won the women´s competition. With Moritz Amsuess finally an Austrian rider landed in first place on the men´s podium. 9-year old Oliver Sebasta from Slovakia got rewarded “most impressive Grom of the Day” and Ben Theunissen from Belgium raked in the Billabong Best Trick award and a complete Billabong outerwear combo with his impressive “tailslide to nosepick to 270 out.”
Martha Schultz from the Schultz Group and Marketing Director of Hochzillertal Kaltenbach is delighted about another sucessfull outcome of the event: „Big Thanks to the Ästhetiker team, they are professionals at work! We are delighted that the event could take place as planned and with perfect conditions! The vibe was already magnificent at the registration in the office! Austria needs more events like that, it is all about sharing the passion for a great sport!“

Neben jeder Menge Spaß, standen an diesem Wochenende auch kostenlose Freestyle und Lawinen Workshops auf dem Progamm der beliebten Snowboard Amateur Tour. Mit dem zweiten Zillertal Välley Rälley hosted by Ride Snowboards Tourstop eröffneten die Ästhetiker am letzten Wochenende vor Weihnachten die Snowpark Saison im Betterpark Hochzillertal wie mit einem Paukenschlag.
Bei strahlendem Sonnenschein trafen sich am Coaching Tag sämtliche Nachwuchsteams und Amateure aus ganz Europa im Betterpark Hochzillertal, um an ihren Freestyle Skills zu feilen und auf dem perfekt geshapten Setup fleißig für den Contest zu trainieren. Der neue Välley Rälley Partner Billabong brachte kostenlose Lawinen Sicherheitstrainings mit Wolle Nyvelt und dem zertifizierten Bergführer Manfred Brandacher zur Välley Rälley. Für viel Freude und Gelächter sorgte schließlich der Limbo RIDE, bei dem es für aktrobatische Höchstleistungen viele Preise von Ride Snowboards abzusahnen gab. Mit einhundert Teilnehmern verbuchte die Startliste für den Contest am Sonntag absolute Rekordzahlen in der Välley Rälley Geschichte. Mit dem Ergebnis des zweiten von vier Tourstops folgen nun auch interessante Veränderungen im Välley Rälley Overall Ranking. Wie bei allen Tourstops, sammeln die Teilnehmer auch Punkte für die World Snowboard Tour und die N.ASA Austriacups. Im Anschluss an einen spannenden Contest auf höchstem Niveau wurden die Tagessieger vorweihnachtlich auf der Kristallhütte Zillertal mit Medaillen, Preisgeld und Preisen von Ride Snowboards, Billabong, Greenroom Mayrhofen, Dana Beanies und Black Eye beschert.
Bei den Supergroms holten sich Heli Bockhorni aus Deutschland und Lewis Hopkinson aus England jeweils die Goldmedaille. Mit Annika Morgan und Gabe Adams schafften es auch bei den Groms eine Deutsche und ein Engländer nach ganz oben aufs Treppchen. Masha Maslo aus Weißrußland freute sich über ihren ersten Platz bei den Rookie Girls, während Leon Gütl vom Team Snowboard Germany das dreiköpfige deutsche Podium bei den Rookie Boys anführte. Melina Merkhoffer, ebenfalls aus Deutschland gewann bei den Women und mit Moritz Amsuess landete ein Österreicher bei den Männern wohlverdient auf dem 1. Platz. Der erst 9-jährige Slovake Oliver Sebasta wurde zum “Most impressive Grom of the Day” gekürt und Ben Theunissen aus Belgien holte sich mit seinem stylischen “tailslide to nosepick to 270 out” den Billabong Best Trick Award und nahm ein komplettes Outerwear Outfit mit nach Hause.

2. Tourstop Hochzillertal Kaltenbach: 17th-18th December 2016
All eyes on Hochzillertal Kaltenbach, now! As every year, the Betterpark Hochzillertal starts into the new season with the Zillertal Välley Rälley hosted by Ride Snowboards just on the last weekend before Christmas! Listen up, freeride fans: the new partner Billabong will be offering freebie avalanche safety workshops on the coaching day! The waiting period is finally over! On December 17th, the Betterpark Hochzillertal, one of the most famous snowparks in the European Alps, will be opening the doors for the winter season with the Zillertal Välley Rälley hosted by Ride Snowboards. In traditional manner, the popular snowpark in the “Erste Ferienregion im Zillertal” will be scoring sympathy points with its great XL setup, loads of obstacle variations and an own park lift.
On Saturday, 17th of December, the second Zillertal Välley Rälley hosted by Ride Snowboards tourstop will be kicking off with the Coaching Day. Beside Athletes and rookie teams from all over Europe, “ordinary mortals” can also sign up for the free coachings with the Ästhetiker crew and make their first steps in freestyle snowboarding. The new partner Billabong will bring up free avalanche safety workshops with a certified mountain guide at Hochzillertal. On the Contest Day, the first serious Välley Rälley Rankings will be battled out and Billabong gives away a complete outerwear outfit for the Billabong Best Trick Award.
With their participations, all competitors collect points in the World Snowboard Tour Ranking. Attention here: make sure, you get your new WST riders license before the 23rd of December 2016, if you like to be on the WST rankings. As every year, the Välley Rälley counts as a part of the Austria Cups by the N.ASA, New Austrian Snowboard Association.
All the podium winners from Hochzillertal Kaltenbach will be crowned and celebrated at the infamous Kristallhuette Zillertal. And since it´s Pre-Christmas, we make sure, they will take home even more medals, prize money and prizes and from Ride Snowboards, Red Bull, Billabong, Black Eye and Greenroom Mayrhofen.

Das Warten hat ein Ende! Denn am letzten Wochenende vor Weihnachten öffnet der Betterpark Hochzillertal, einer der beliebtesten Snowparks in den Europäischen Alpen, traditionell mit der Zillertal Välley Rälley wieder seine Pforten für die Wintersaison! In gewohnter Manier erhält der beliebte Snowpark in der ersten Ferienregion im Zillertal mit seinem beliebten XL Setup, vielen Obstacle Variationen und seinem eigenen Parklift viele Sympathiepunkte.
Die Zillertal Välley Rälley startet am 17. Dezember 2016 mit dem Coaching Tag in ein actionreiches Wochenende. Neben Athleten und Nachwuchsteams aus ganz Europa, haben auch “Normalsterbliche” an diesem Wochenende die Möglichkeit, ihre ersten Versuche unter der Anleitung der Ästhetiker im Freestyle Snowboarding zu proben, das ganze natürlich gratis! Der neue Välley Rälley Partner Billabong bringt zusätzlich kostenlose Lawinen Sicherheitstrainings mit einem zertifizierten Bergführer in den Betterpark Hochzillertal.
Wie immer hat Ride Snowboards die aktuellen Bretter für den kostenlosen Snowboard Test parat. Ein weiteres Highlight am Coaching Tag ist der Limbo RIDE, eine lustige Session, bei der jeder spontan mitmachen und einige Preise von Ride Snowboards abräumen kann.
Am Contest Tag geht es schließlich im offenen Snowboard Contest um die erste Neuverteilung im Välley Rälley Gesamt Tour Ranking. Billabong verschenkt für den besten Trick des Tages den Billabong Best Trick Award und ein komplettes Snowboard Outfit.

1st tourstop Hintertux Glacier: 15th-16th October 2016
It´s “shred o´clock” again and the Zillertal Välley Rälley hosted by Ride Snowboards is ready to kick off into the new season on October 15th and 16th 2016 with the first tourstop at Hintertux Glacier. It´s on again! High up on Hintertux Glacier, the winter has already arrived and the season is in full swing. Since September 9,th the Betterpark Hintertux has been open and Mother Hulda has reliably delivered the first loads of fresh snow to the Austrian Alps.
Hardly surprising, that also the Zillertal Välley Rälley hosted by Ride Snowboards is all set for take-off again! Looks like it´s time to reshuffle the pack and with the first of four tourstops, the popular Snowboard Tour will be starting into its 4th round on October 15th and 16th in Tux-Finkenberg.
On the Coaching Day, teams from all over Europe will be gathering at the Betterpark Hintertux to celebrate and share the stoke of snowboarding. All those, who are not bringing their own coaches, can easily sign up for the freebie Freestyle Coaching Sessions with the Ästhetiker crew, all riders, age groups and levels welcome! Ride Snowboards will not only offer the latest snowboards and bindings for free demo/testing, but also bring the “Limbo RIDE” for everyone to the Zillertal. A funny session, where you get to try the limbo dance while riding your snowboard and it´s the bar that brings up laughter and spice! The most agile snowboarders will be rewarded with prizes by Ride Snowboards, of course.
The Contest Day will not only bring an open Snowboard Competition to Hintertux, but also start a new chase for the first valuable points in the Välley Rälley Overall Ranking. All competitors will also be gaining points in the World Snowboard Tour Ranking. As every year, the Välley Rälley counts as a part of the Austria Cups by the N.ASA, New Austrian Snowboard Association. All the stage winners will be celebrated as kings and queens in the tried-and-tested Ästhetiker way in front of a great audience and of course, they will take home lots of medals, glory, honor and prizes from Ride Snowboards, Red Bull and Greenroom Mayrhofen.

Kein Wunder, dass auch die Zillertal Välley Rälley hosted by Ride Snowboards jetzt schon in den Startlöchern steht. Die Karten werden neu gemischt und mit dem ersten von vier Tourstops startet die beliebte Snowboard Tour am 15. und 16. Oktober in Tux-Finkenberg in die neue Saison.
Am Coaching Tag treffen sich sämtliche Nachwuchsteams aus ganz Europa im Betterpark Hintertux, um den Spaß am gemeinsamen Snowboarden zu zelebrieren und neue Tricks zu proben. Für alle, die ohne Coach unterwegs sind und gerne ihre Freestyle Skills verbessern möchten, bieten die Ästhetiker kostenlose Freestyle Coachings für alle Könnerstufen an. Neben kostenlosen Snowboard Test bringt Ride Snowboards dieses Jahr erstmals mit dem Limbo RIDE eine lustige Session für alle in den Betterpark Hintertux. Dabei ist der Spaß schon vorprogrammiert, denn es geht darum, wie beim Limbo Dance unter einer Stange herzufahren. Auf die beweglichsten Snowboarder warten natürlich jede Menge Preise von Ride Snowboards.
